Pointed hen. Sister of her next door neighbor, Bud! She is
from the "original" six pack of babies from Jimmy Allen Bro and a
WONDERFUL Lutino pearl of Robert Spicnall. We'll be showing her
some this fall in hopes she too will be obtaining her Champion.

Bud has already had two placings in a major show before her first
birthday! A second in show, and a fifth in show. She is now
working on giving K&L a great 2006 season by going Best Pearl at our
first show in 2006! Her sister is Bud LIte and they are both
extraordinarily pearled!

Chirpy is the mother of all of K&L Aviaries Ptd Pieds! She is a
wonderful Wf Cinnamon Pearl Pied

Sad news: Chirpy has gone to
heaven.
We miss her so much! She spent the last week of her life as a pet
and we enjoyed every minute of it. Her little "chirps" were so
cute! Goodbye Chirpy. Hold down the fort for us up there!
We are now working on producing Chirpy Grandchildren and Great
Grandchildren.

Feret, top all time exhibitor and breeder in NCS. Phil showed her
previously so she has show points already. She'll be a
welcome part of our aviary and do great things to Chripy's (left) line
of pieds. She's up with her son right now and going to nest.

This 2005 baby is going to be worked into Chirpies lines. We think
she favors Chirpy and we call her Chirpette for now! She is sweet and
calm and has a huge head and lovely markings.

This hen will be on our show team this year. A breeding from
Calico Aviaries she has both style and size! We really love her
demeanor. Her brow above her eye gives her a hawky look that the
judges love! She already had points on the top ten bench before
she was a year old!

Half" line

A 2006 DHB Baby. She is the full sister of
"Ms. Fein" and is growing up to be just as beautiful. We love her
huge crest!

Lola
Named after the famous song by Barry Manilow, Lola
isn't a showgirl, but she is a show bird! She is from BB's
daughter and a great Robert Spicnall Cock "Golden". Lola has
benched before a year of age at two different MAJOR shows! Shehas
now benched at over 4 shows and different judges! We love
her size as she is now weighing in at a natural weight of 160 plus
grams!

NCS 16P-67-03
This wonderful normal hen we call "Kneequa".
She's already benched in two of the biggest shows in 2005 and is ready
to take on 2006. She's a very large hen with a great crest!
We hope she will have some great wins this year!
Mother is a Danny Giovale Hen
Father is "Chicken George"
Kneequa died in 2007 from egg binding. We did manage to save the
eggs that she had already laid. She was up with Bingo (a DYC) of
the Brandon's and Patricks. Their baby will be shown by them. |
